B-Kool is a portable air conditioner and cooler for your airplane. It was created by two independent pilots who saw the need for a cooling solution that wouldn't break the bank.
Aircraft Portable Air Conditioner
Using a mixture of ice and water, B-Kool provides an hour of 40º cold air using 10 kg of ice and less water. B-Kool is not an evaporative cooler and works best in high humidity environments.
B Kool Portable Cooling Systems
B-Kool will hold ice up to 20 kg, providing more than 2 hours of cold air. If you use it during taxi, take-off and landing and leave it in the upper part of the boat, you will have comfort and convenience throughout the flight.
Since the B-Kool weighs less than 10 pounds empty, you can easily transport it to your campsite, airplane, boat, or any place where 12 or 24v DC power is available. . The flexible and extendable Cool-Flex air duct can be extended up to 2 feet and positioned so that the air can be directed exactly where you want it to cool.
B-Kool products are marine grade, so you can enjoy them for years without the worry of basic maintenance.
12 or 24 volts. B-Kool must be plugged in and powered from the cigarette lighter socket on the plane. Available for 12 volt or 24 volt aircraft power supplies. Wireless remote control. The cable from the B-Kool to the power outlet is about 10 feet. The on/off switch for the B-Kool is at the end of the power plug cable. So if power is readily available to the pilot, you probably don't need a wireless remote. If your power is somewhere else (ie, in the back seats or in the luggage area), the phone remote allows you to easily turn the unit on and off to cool the air.
